History of
COLDWELL BANKER KUEHNLE AND ASSOCIATES, INC.
Kuehnle Management Company was founded in March 1975 by Richard A. Kuehnle for the purposes of establishing a Real Estate Company with a primary purpose of managing multi-family and commercial real estate. The company managed 3,000 garden-type apartments and 150,000 square feet of commercial office, retail, and medical space for owners and clients.
The name of the company was changed to Kuehnle, Tubbs and Associates, Inc., in April 1978 when Jim Tubbs joined the firm. The company broadened its scope and became involved in property acquisition for banks, fast food franchises, and apartment sites for builders and developers. Through the efforts of the partners, the company continued to grow. In 1981 a Residential Division was added to accommodate the growing request of clients to handle sales of their personal properties.
In November 1987 Richard A. Kuehnle, with concentrated emphasis on expanding the residential operation of the company, became an affiliate of COLDWELL BANKER.
